The specially designed Pro Series Plate Loaded Hack Squat / Leg Press allows the user to train their Quadriceps Femoris, Hamstring Muscles, Hip Muscles and Calf Muscles. Users can easily change this machine from a leg press to a hack squat and vice versa with a few quick adjustments. With angled weight storage horns for easy loading/unloading of weight plates and a smooth linear bearing movement to give users the utmost comfort while training.
