Fairhome Group Plc recently unveiled their new state-of-the-art office development in Salford, Manchester, setting a benchmark for modern workplace environments. Alongside premium office suites, a staffed café and bar, games room, and catering facilities, the development features a fully equipped fitness suite designed and installed by Gym Gear.

The Challenge
Fairhome Group wanted to create a workplace that stood out for its modern facilities and commitment to staff wellbeing. A key part of the project was a staff gym that offered a wide range of training options within a compact footprint. The suite needed to be functional, safe, and accessible for employees of all fitness levels, supporting both physical and mental health at work.
The Solution
Using 3D design software, our team planned the space to achieve an efficient, balanced layout. The virtual walkthrough allowed Fairhome Group to visualise and approve the design before installation began.
Equipment supplied and installed included:
Gym Gear Dual Series strength machines for upper and lower body training
A range of free weights and accessories
A designated stretch and functional training zone
Cardio equipment for aerobic conditioning
We also delivered staff training on health and safety and correct equipment use, enabling key team members to provide inductions and ongoing support to colleagues.
