Following several successful collaborations across Europe, Gym Gear once again worked with StayCity to deliver a fitness solution for their Frankfurt Airport site. The brief required a gym that would appeal to both business and leisure travellers, offering a full-body workout experience within a compact footprint.

StayCity needed a gym that combined functionality and accessibility without compromising on quality or variety. With limited floor space available, the design had to balance cardio and strength training options while maintaining an open, easy-to-navigate environment. Each piece of equipment had to be chosen for its versatility, durability, and compact design.
The Solution
Using the supplied room dimensions and equipment requirements, Gym Gear’s design team created detailed 3D visuals and a walkthrough to illustrate the proposed layout. This ensured the equipment placement and spacing worked seamlessly before installation began.
Installed equipment included:
Cardio: 2 x T98 Treadmills, X97 Cross Trainer, C97 Upright Bike
Strength: Elite Series Multi-Adjustable Bench, Perform Series Dual Adjustable Pulley
Accessories: Gym Ball Set, Medicine Ball Set, Sports Mats with Wall Hanger
Once the design was approved, the project progressed smoothly through delivery and installation, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
