Warriors World UK in Coventry set out to create a gym that combined atmosphere, variety and function. With no existing setup, Gym Gear worked closely with the owner to plan, design and install a facility that would capture the brand’s bold identity while offering members a complete training experience. Every stage, from 3D concept visuals to final installation, was handled with precision to ensure a professional, cohesive finish.

The Challenge
Warriors World began with a blank canvas and a clear vision. The owner needed expert support to turn that concept into a functional design capable of accommodating diverse training styles, including cardio, strength, functional and group exercise. The challenge was to create a space that balanced variety and flow while establishing the gym’s visual identity through lighting, flooring and wall finishes.
The Solution
Using our 3D design software, we produced detailed visual plans so the client could preview the full layout and ambience before work began. Once approved, our team managed delivery and installation of a comprehensive range of Gym Gear equipment:
Cardio: T98 Treadmills, X97 Cross Trainers, C97 Upright Bikes, R97 Recumbent Bikes, Curve 2.0 Plus Treadmills, Pursuit 2.0 Bikes, Blade 2.0 Rowing Machines, Tornado Airbikes, Ski Elites, M Sport Pro Indoor Cycles, Jacobs Ladder, Stairmaster Gauntlet and Stairmaster Upper Body Bike.

Flooring: 20mm and 30mm Premium Black Rubber Floor Tiles across strength and functional areas.
Attention to detail extended beyond equipment, with custom wall art, lighting and flooring all contributing to the gym’s bold and cohesive aesthetic.
