Liam Chouhan is a long-standing member of the Gym Gear team, with over 19 years of experience within the business. Joining Gym Gear straight from college, Liam has grown alongside the company and has worked across several key departments, including sales, warehouse operations, deliveries, and equipment servicing.

This wide-ranging experience has given Liam a strong understanding of both the operational side of the business and the needs of Gym Gear’s customers. His hands-on knowledge of products, processes, and customer requirements has helped shape his practical, service-led approach.

After moving into equipment servicing, Liam found the area where his skills and passion came together. He spent seven years on the road as a Service Engineer, working directly with customers, maintaining and repairing gym equipment, and building strong relationships across a wide range of facilities.

As Service Manager, Liam is responsible for helping ensure Gym Gear customers receive reliable, responsive, and professional aftercare support. His role focuses on problem solving, service coordination, equipment knowledge, and maintaining the high standards customers expect from Gym Gear.

Liam’s background as a Service Engineer gives him a clear understanding of the challenges customers face when equipment needs attention. He understands the importance of keeping gyms operational, minimising downtime, and providing clear communication throughout the service process.

His experience across different areas of the business also allows him to work closely with internal teams, engineers, suppliers, and customers to deliver practical solutions and dependable support.

Having been with the company almost since the beginning, Liam has played a key role in supporting its growth and helping shape the service standards the business is known for today.
