Rhino Pro Strength System Overview

The Rhino Pro Strength System is a multi-function piece of gym equipment designed to combine several strength training stations into a single footprint.

It is suited to environments where space efficiency matters, including commercial gyms, personal training studios, education facilities and service training gyms. Its structure allows multiple strength functions to be accommodated without requiring separate machines.

The system combines a dual adjustable pulley, a smith machine and a half power rack within one frame. A vertical Olympic bar holder positioned at the rear supports organised storage and keeps the training area clear.

This combination allows users to perform a wide range of exercises, making it possible to support full body training sessions using one station.

There are three main functional elements within the Rhino Pro Strength System.

  1. Cable Crossover and Dual Adjustable Pulley

The cable crossover and dual adjustable pulley includes 32 height positions that can be adjusted smoothly. It features two separate 77 kg weight stacks and operates on a 1:2 cable ratio, supporting controlled resistance work across multiple movement patterns.

  1. Smith Machine

The integrated smith machine is built to commercial standards and uses linear bearings for guided bar movement. A safety support mechanism is included to assist users training independently. The smith machine has a maximum loading capacity of 250 kg.

  1. Half Power Rack

The half power rack includes polymer-coated J-hooks and spotting arms designed to protect barbells during use. Attachment storage hooks are integrated into the rear support bar, and six weight plate horns provide organised storage for Olympic plates.

The half power rack has a maximum user weight capacity of 250 kg.

The Rhino Pro Strength System is supplied with a range of attachments that expand its training applications.

  • Canvas stirrup handle attachments
  • 50 cm straight bar attachment
  • Ankle strap attachment
  • Tricep press down rope attachment
  • 1 m straight or chop bar attachment
  • Aluminium lat pulldown bar
  • Knee support pads
  • Dipping arm
  • Foot support bar
  • Landmine core trainer
  • Vertical Olympic bar holder

When fully assembled, the Rhino Pro Strength System measures 172 cm in width, 168 cm in depth and 212 cm in height.

As a single-station solution, the Rhino Pro Strength System demonstrates how integrated gym equipment can support varied strength training within shared or space-conscious training environments.
