Grangetown Fire Station

Introduction:

This brand new station is located in Grangetown and is part of Cleveland Fire Brigade. This was one of three stations that Gym Gear fully equipped with new fitness equipment.

Gym Design & Planning:

Gym layout designs were created for each site to ensure that the standardised list of equipment could be safely accommodated into each of the station’s new gym.

Equipment Installed:

The standardised equipment list includes a T98 Treadmill which was specifically chosen for it’s variety of pre-programmed Fire & Police fitness tests. This machine was accompanied by and X97 Cross Trainer, Tornado Airbike, Ski Erg machines together with a Dual Adjustable Pulley and set of premium grade Gym Gear ribber dumbbells.

Outcome:

Each of the station gyms was supplied in full and on time to meet the required schedule of the fire authority. The feedback from the Fire Authority has been very positive and the Tornado bikes in-particular are receiving ‘rave’ reviews.
