Darren Salmon – Personal Trainer

This personal training studio, located on the first floor of a building in Longridge, was designed with careful attention to detail. Darren approached us needing comprehensive information about the equipment he was interested in, ensuring it was perfectly suited for his space and requirements. We assisted in designing the studio, ensuring every inch was optimally utilised, aligning with Darren’s vision.

A key focus was the flooring, which Darren was extremely pleased with upon installation. The new flooring not only enhanced the aesthetic and feel of the studio but also protected the underlying wooden floor from damage caused by weights or lifting. Its EPDM layer ensures durability, resisting liquids such as water or sweat, while providing a comfortable, springy surface to work on.
