Volair have recently enhanced their fitness offering with the installation of a brand-new Pilates reformer studio. Featuring seven of Gym Gear’s oak foldable reformers, the project has allowed Volair to launch a premium, membership bolt-on service that has already reached full capacity, reflecting the growing demand for specialist Pilates training within their community.

Volair wanted to expand their member offering with a dedicated Pilates reformer programme. The aim was to introduce a premium, specialist fitness option that could be offered as a membership bolt-on, enhancing member retention while creating a new revenue stream.
With space at a premium, they needed high-quality reformer equipment that could deliver a professional studio experience but also offer flexibility for long-term use.
Gym Gear supplied and installed seven of our Gym Gear Oak Pilates Foldable Reformers, creating a complete reformer studio for Volair members.
The reformers were chosen for their space-saving foldable design, premium oak construction, and smooth German-made spring resistance. Each unit includes built-in wheels for portability, a comfortable microfiber leather carriage, double-looped straps, safety strap, and an included jump box for added exercise variety.
By selecting a compact yet commercial-grade model, Volair could maximise capacity within the available footprint without compromising quality. The seven-bed layout now enables structured group classes while maintaining a premium feel for members.
The reformer programme has launched with outstanding success. With seven beds available, Volair has achieved 100% occupancy, confirming strong demand for Pilates reformer training within their membership base.
