The Bollington Wilson Group employed us to increase employee health and wellbeing, boost staff morale and feel good factor, enhance productivity, attract and retain the best personnel. With this i mind we worked closely to develop a gym design and plan with gym equipment to ensure these objectives were met.
Through a change of offices, The Bollington Wilson Group were able to create a series of “spaces” for their employees of three portfolio companies who would be sharing the building, Bollington Insurance, Quoteline Direct and Choice Quote. Relaxing chillout zones, large, bright staff rooms, a variety of meeting spaces with connectivity and a cleverly designed corporate fitness suite were created to drive increases in employee motivation and interaction, which in turn would promote a feel good factor and further boost staff morale.
As a staff gym the equipment needed to appeal to a wide audience to maximise participation levels. The latest Gym Gear Entertainment Series Cardio was installed alongside a selection of the dual series strength range. Functional training and HIIT training facilities have also been incorporated in the form of a wall mounted functional training rig with a selection of attachments, and the Tornado Airbike alongside the Concept 2 rower.
