Gym Design and Planning
The gym needed to accommodate a range of HIIT cardio equipment and strength equipment to satisfy modern training techniques. With space at a premium it the gym design was an important part of the planning process as it helped our client to visualise the room with all of the requested equipment laid out within the space.
A variety of HIIT cardio has been installed to help users achieve a high-intensity workout in minimum time. Perfect for a corporate gym where users often need a quick beneficial workout during their breaks. The Tornado Airbike, Concept 2 Rower and WattBike are designed with interval training in mind and perfect for maximum calorie burn in a short period of time. To complement the cardio equipment a range of free weights were included including kettlebells, dumbbells, adjustable benches, bumper plates, and Sterling Series half rack together with a lifting platform.
The gym has been very popular with the staff at this location and is sure to help improve the health and fitness of everyone who uses it. Some people are coming into work early to train and get the feel-good factor prior to starting the working day. Gym Gear offers the very best in commercial gym equipment at affordable prices. When you partner with Gym Gear, you will benefit from the experience, knowledge, and support of an industry leader.
