MaxiFitness Gym Equipment, Design and Installation

Gym Gear have worked with Dave and Maxine to make their dream of opening a top specification gym come to life. The main gym is split into 3 areas, cardio, strength machines and free weights. All the strength equipment is custom branded with the Maxifitness logo. The free weights area features a lifting platform and premium 30mm thick rubber floor to reduce the impact from deadlifting and general free weighting exercises. A Gym Gear sterling series half rack is fitted with the lifting platform so members can squat, press or deadlift using a premium quality Olympic bar and bumper plates from Gym Gear. A wide range of dumbbells from 1-10kg and 2.5-50kg together with benches, Olympic benches, weight plates and a variety of different Olympic bars have been installed to provide a wide range of options for free weights training.

The Strength machines area is split between Gym Gear Elite series selectorised equipment, which is perfect for general strength training, and the Plate Loaded Sterling Series which is designed for heavy duty specialist strength training. With over 20 different strength stations members are spoilt for choice.

The gym is fitted with wide screen TV’s, as well as having TV’s on the cardio equipment so members can be entertained while they exercise, or they can just get down to business on the treadmills, cross trainer, exercise bikes, rowers and steppers.
