Spalding Police Station

introduction

We have recently been working with Spalding Police Station to plan, design and install a fitness facility for the staff to train and carry out fitness tests.

Design and Planning

A wish list was handed over to us of the equipment that they would like to have in their gym, including a range of Cardio Equipment, Strength and Free Weights. A 3D mockup of the room was made with the equipment inside, so they would see how the gym would look and get a feel for the layout. A 3D walkthrough video and images were then sent off for our gym plan and design to be approved.

Equipment Installed

Once our gym plan and design was approved we arranged a suitable date for delivery and installation. A range of equipment was installed, the Cardio equipment installed includes a T98 Treadmill, an X97 Cross Trainer, a C97 Upright bike and a Blade 2.0 Rowing Machine. The Strength and Free Weights include a Sterling Series Half Power Rack, Sterling Series Adjustable Benches x 2, an Elite Series Dual Adjustable Pulley, Standard Olympic Bars x 2, a Dumbbell Set and a set of Rubber Olympic Plates.

Outcome

The new gym facility at Spalding Police Station has been a fantastic success. It has become a well-used facility for all of the staff based at the site.
