New owner Phil Gabriel felt it was time to freshen up the club, and Gym Gear were delighted to be of assistance. The Gym Gear team worked closely with Phil to completely transform the existing gym and spin studio, to create a new sophisticated yet functional fitness suite.

The key attraction is the variety of exercises which the rig can be used for, allowing members to train in limitless ways. Combat exercises using the punchbags and ropes are popular, as well as the resistance training exercises using free weights, weighted belts, kettlebells and medicine balls.
