The Platinum Series Leg Extension / Leg Curl  combines a number of innovative features, including an angled back pad, adjustable ankle and thigh pads, and a range limiting device, allowing for effective isolation of both the quadriceps and hamstring muscles through a selection of leg extension and curl movements.
