Description

The super smooth action of the Sterling Leg Press, is designed to simulate the feel of using free weights. It allows complete leg extension in a closed kinetic chain and is perfect for building muscle in the quadriceps, hamstrings and gluteus muscles. The soft leather cover on the upholstery of the seat provides ultimate comfort during use and the upright position makes it ideal for novices and de-conditioned users, as force is transmitted through the hips, eliminating spinal compression.
