I have thoroughly enjoyed incorporating the Gym Gear Tornado Airbike into my HIIT Workout sessions. The dual action design means I am able to isolate my arms or legs, (especially useful when resting an injured knee) but also incorporate the full body when I want a full body blast HIIT session. If you are short of time the Tornado Airbike is your go-to piece of cardio equipment. Only 10 minutes on the bike can satisfy your cardio need for the whole day.
The console is very simple to use, so no time wasted working out how to pre-program my sessions. You will also waste no time with hard to move levers and handles as the Tornado Airbike seat has a really easily adjustable seat lever. The seat itself is oversized and padded which creates a very comfortable ride. The Tornado Airbike also looks fabulous and is a perfect finishing touch to any functional training area.
In terms of maintenance, looking after the Tornado Airbike could not be easier. The bike is virtually maintenance free. Airbikes have been renowned for having flimsy frames, making them not well suited too Commercial gym environments. However, the Tornado Airbike proves this very wrong. The Tornado Airbike has an incredibly stable steel frame, making it very capable of withstanding heavy usage in a busy gym environment. The Airbike also has 20% stronger resistance than its flimsy counterparts meaning you can push yourself to that next level.
My favourite HIIT Session with the Tornado Airbike –
20 seconds effort/10 seconds rest x 5
10 x Burpee with a press-up
10 x Squats
10 x Lunges
