Envision Coaching

Introduction:

Envision Coaching is a new Personal Training Studio based in Preston. We have recently been working with the owner of Envision Coaching to create a brand new fitness facility for his current and upcoming clients. We worked on planning and designing a facility suitable for independent training, one on one personal training sessions and group training and classes.

Gym Design & Planning:

Communicating back and forth with the owner of Envision Coaching, we created a wish list of equipment that would be perfect for his facility, current clients and upcoming members. We were given dimensions of the building that was soon to become the personal training studio, and we used these dimensions to create 3D visuals of how the facility would look. We arranged the wish list of equipment suitably within the 3D design, keeping in mind that this gym is mainly going to be used as a personal training studio. Once the equipment had been placed in the room, we used our 3D software to create 3D images and a 3D walkthrough video. Once we had gotten the approval we needed, we then continued onto our delivery and installation stage.

Delivery and Installation:

We delivered and installed a wide range of equipment at Envision Coaching from Cardio right through to Rubber Gym Flooring. Cardio delivered and installed includes an Encore Treadmill, our Black Edition Tornado Airbike, Our Sport Indoor Bike and a Rowing Machine. Strength equipment delivered and installed includes Sterling Series Half Power Racks, Sterling Series Adjustable Benches, a Sterling Series Chest Press. a Sterling Series Pull Down, a Sterling Series Leg Extension and a Sterling Series Bicep Curl. All of our Sterling Series strength machines had been customised and had a colour change to match the Envision Coaching’s branding. Free Weights and Accessories delivered includes our Standard 7ft Olympic Bars, a 6ft Hex Bar, our Black Bumper Plates, a 2.5 to 25kg Hex Dumbbell Set along with a 3 Tier Hex Dumbbell Rack, a Kettlebell Set, Studio Barbell Sets, a 3 in 1 Plyo Box, a Battle Rope, a 4ft Leather Punch Bag, a Land Mine Core Trainer and our 15mm Premium Sports Mats. The whole facility was completed with our 20mm Plain Black Rubber Tiles.

Outcome:

The outcome of this Personal Training Studio is amazing, the difference between before and after is astonishing. The strength equipment has been customised to match the colours of Envision Coaching. From the Cardio Equipment through to the accessories there is something suitable for everyone. This facility is perfect for 1 on 1 personal training sessions, group sessions/classes and independent training. It is an overall fantastic new Personal Training Facility for all of Envision Coachings current clients and upcoming members and clients in the future.
