We’re delighted to introduce our new generation of Gym Gear Olympic Bars. Olympic bars are much thicker than standard weightlifting bars which makes plate loading far safer and convenient. They also have rotating ends which offer a smoother lift whilst the bar can turn inside the weight. Not only does this decrease the chances of injury, but it also reduces torque on the bar for certain lifts where the bar must rotate quickly. We’ve spent a lot of time making sure the new range offers the perfect bar for every lifter, whether that’s on the gym floor or weightlifting platform, in the CrossFit box or performance centre.
